Counselling

Our therapeutic support is embedded throughout our work. We have two qualified BACP registered Counsellors that work one to one with our Learners.

Sarah Goldring

Counsellor

Throughout my career I have been privileged to work with a variety of young people, including those with Learning Disabilities/ASC, limited or non-verbal communication (using communication aids).

My role at Inclusion Hampshire is to provide therapeutic support to learners aged  13 and over.

As a qualified Counsellor, I have significant experience in working with young people from differing backgrounds. I am able to work with young people who are experiencing issues which may include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Behavioural Issues
  • Self Harm
  • Trauma
  • Bereavement
  • Gender/Sexuality

If learners ever have any worries or concerns, they can come  and talk it over with me.  I will listen and support in a confidential and non-judgemental way.

Learners have the opportunity to have a informal chat with me or book a longer appointment.

Counsellor and Support

I assist learners in exploring options and thinking about their way forward, all the while building resilience and supporting emotional wellbeing.

As a qualified counsellor I can also see learners on an individual basis as required.
