We know that many our learners have had a difficult journey and we work hard to reassure them that there are the same career opportunities for them as there are for those in mainstream education. We work hard to understand the local context and the opportunities that can offer the most meaningful careers experiences for our learners.

As part of our commitment to developing our careers programme we have partnered with the Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) to support us in meeting the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. We are proud to work with them, and our Enterprise Advisor – Felix Obadaki of M923 Consulting – to achieve the best careers outcomes for our learners.

We are always looking to further develop our links with businesses and employers in the local community in line with Benchmarks 5 and 6. Our aim is to offer our learners a wide range of opportunities including volunteering and work experience placements. We welcome visits from local business representatives, employers and employees to talk about their business, job roles and career experiences.

If you are interested in working with us or wish to discuss anything further please use the contact details below to get in contact. We look forward to hearing from you.

Our Senior Leadership is closely involved with the development of our careers programme and can be contacted outside of term time about any enquiries you may have.
