Teacher at Inclusion Hampshire – Full-time (37.5hr) Post

We are looking for a qualified teacher to support those young people who have been most
disadvantaged by Covid by delivering a personalised and bespoke curriculum designed around the needs of the young person.
We have two sites, Inclusion Learning Centre in Chineham for our pre-16 learners and Inclusion College in Hook for our post-16 learners.
We are looking for an empathetic and kind person who is passionate and motivated by teaching. We provide our learners with a small and nurturing learning environment that emphasises progress and personal development on their own terms, rather than focusing on externally driven targets and enforced progress.
If so then this could be the right post for you.
This is a full-time role, with a term-time only contract.
Salary: £21 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Part-time Music Workshop Lead
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to motivate and inspire our learners.
Working mainly on a 1:1 basis with learners you will be helping them to explore music, song writing, and building confidence in a therapeutic manner.
Based at Inclusion Learning Centre, our Pre-16 provision in Chineham, you will need to deliver innovative and interesting sessions to learners with a variety of needs including anxiety, ASD and ADHD.
As a specialist education provider supporting young people with mental health and additional needs, sessions should be building confidence, self-esteem and positivity to promote progress.
The role is for 21hours, based over 3 days a week with a term time only contract.
Salary: £20K pro rata
