Teacher at Inclusion Hampshire  – Full-time (37.5hr) Post

Do you want to make a difference? Do you have the empathy, care and patience to help young people to learn and gain qualifications? Can you help support young people with their mental health and wellbeing?

Do you want to work somewhere where your mental health is also cared for and valued and, as a Teacher, have your evenings and weekends free for a healthy work / life balance?

We are looking for a qualified teacher to support those young people who have been most
disadvantaged by Covid by delivering a personalised and bespoke curriculum designed around the needs of the young person.

We have two sites, Inclusion Learning Centre in Chineham for our pre-16 learners and Inclusion College in Hook for our post-16 learners.

We are looking for an empathetic and kind person who is passionate and motivated by teaching. We provide our learners with a small and nurturing learning environment that emphasises progress and personal development on their own terms, rather than focusing on externally driven targets and enforced progress.

If so then this could be the right post for you.

This is a full-time role, with a term-time only contract.

Salary: £21 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Closing Date for Applications: 2nd July
